Returns are accepted only in cases of shipping or fulfillment errors made by Boiron or for orders damaged during transit. Boiron must be notified of any problems with the products shipping to you within five (5) days of receipt; otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted the products.
No other returns accepted. No credit will be given for products purchased in error by the account holder, products damaged after receipt, expired products, overstock items, or books.
Nutrition Coaching Refund Policy
All Sales are final. Outcomes are not guaranteed and if a refund is approved in writing from PK Solutions Group, the refund is subject to being prorated to cover administration fees, research and preparation costs.
